The cottage has its own lawn and private parking and there are 10 acres of walled gardens, grounds and woodlands to explore. The cottage is in a secluded location yet only 500 yards from the centre of Blairgowrie, a pretty little market town sitting round the River Ericht with excellent shops, cafes and pubs. At the geographical centre of Scotland, this is a historic crossroads with routes leading north into Glenshee and the Cairngorm National Park, east to the glens and sandy beaches of Angus, south to the cities of Perth and Edinburgh and west to the famous Perthshire lochs, making it the perfect touring base. The championship Rosemount golf course is a mile from the properties and there are another 40 courses within a half-hour drive. Other activities include hill walking, angling, winter sports, field sports and ornithology.

"Fantastic location and very well equipped"
Spent a week here in July/August - loved the location, close to town and lots of great walks. Was great being in grounds of hotel and enjoyed seeing peacocks and red squirrels in the gardens. Cottage very well equipped, clean and spacious - and dog friendly!
