Perfectly located for sporting activities with golf, fishing, cycling, even motor racing and sky diving in easy reach. Visit the lovely city of Perth, ¼ hour drive, with its superb concert hall, theatre and wide array of shops, pubs and restaurants, or explore the hills and glens of the Trossachs, the quaint fishing villages of the East Neuk of Fife, and of course, St Andrews is only a scenic 40 minute journey.
