Customer Reviews of Oldhamstocks Cottage, Dunbar, sleeps 4

st comment: The place was excellent and cosy i would recomend again for me and for the rest of my friends and family. Nov 2011.

nd comment: we like properties that it is possible to walk out from, although for shorter distances as we get older. From this cottage it is possible to walk along the lane in both directions for short walks and also a circular walk which was recommended by the owner. We were so glad we made the effort, as the views along this walk were specactular. All the lanes are very quiet. Sept 2011.

rd comment: One of the best, most comfortable holidays I have had in years. Our host was attentive and very friendly and the welcome pack was most appreciated after a long journey. Altogether a very pleasant experience which we plan to repeat! June 2011.

th comment: Great cottage, superb location, just enough off the beaten track but close enough for great sight seeing. May 2011.

th comment: Lovely location, all amenities in cottage. Spotless condition. Host very welcoming and helpful. April 2011.

th comment: Quiet location in a nice village. Very cosy atmosphere inside and the bedrooms had a lovely fresh feel to them. Sept 2010.

th comment: Lovely well equipped cottage in a very pretty village. Very helpful and friendly owners. Walled garden a delight. July 2010.

th comment: The property was just as presented in the photographs and described in the literature. Oct 2009.

th comment: The property was actually underplayed in the brochure. It was very clean and practical, with all the facilities you would require. It’s location was excellent to visit this area of Scotland, but a car is essential. When we arrived the owner, who came to see us to ensure everything was to our satisfaction, had provided us with a welcome pack of provisions. Sept 2009.

th comment: Very comfortable accommodation meeting every need in idyllic surroundings. May 2009.

th Comment The welcome food hamper/pack and flowers was a really lovely touch. May 2009.

th Comment Lovely peaceful setting but close enough to travel to Alnwick and Edinburgh. Lots of lovely beaches and places to see within a short drive. Very well-thought out, clean and well-equipped cottage. July 2009.

th Comment Cottage was very cosy, extremely well equipped and there was a really thoughtful welcome pack in the fridge. The cottage had lots of storage space for bikes, muddy boots, etc, which was very welcome. Feb 2007.

th Comment The welcome and accommodation exceeded our expectations. The facilities were first rate and location unbeatable. April 2006.
