Offering a very good standard of comfort, coupled with modern conveniences, this spacious property is in fact only a few years old. Stone flagged floors and Aga add character to the large kitchen and the adjacent garden room offers more seating. There is a lovely big dining room which has French doors to the garden and also to the drawing room, making it ideal for larger groups of family and friends. Situated in splendid isolation accessed via a farm track, surrounded by fields and with lovely views all around, this is a spacious and very comfortable holiday house, ideally placed for exploring the breathtaking scenery of this region, and perfect for spotting the wildlife of the area including deer, grouse and birds of prey. There is free fishing for brown trout available nearby and many activities in the immediate area. Gleneagles Hotel and Golf Course are a short drive away, try salmon fishing on the Tay or the Almond or simply explore the rest of beautiful Perthshire. The fair city of Perth is just 10 miles, with excellent shops, restaurants, theatre and cinemas. There is easy access to Stirling, Glasgow and Edinburgh. Shop, pub and restaurant 4 miles.

A FANTASTIC PROPERTY IN A BEAUTIFUL LOCATION. THE ACCOMMODATION IS FIRST CLASS AND GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY. THE LOUNGE, DINING ROOM & KITCHEN ARE SPACIOUS AND THE BEDROOMS VERY COMFORTABLE AND NICELY DECORATED. THERE IS A LARGE POND IN THE GARDEN WHICH IS A LOVELY FEATURE ALTHOUGH IT MAY BE A CONCERN IF YOU HAVE YOUNGER CHILDREN. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY - 2012
