Converted from the old stable buildings, this wonderful holiday cottage is bright, spacious and modern. The open-plan living area is set on the first floor taking full advantage of the seasonal views over surrounding farmland. Perth is only 5 miles away where visitors will find excellent shopping, restaurants, bars, and a superb theatre and concert hall. The famous Scone Palace is approx. 4 miles from the cottage, less than an hour’s drive leads to Stirling, Edinburgh or Glamis castles. Stanley Mills, a unique complex of water-powered cotton mills, is situated within walking distance on the banks of the River Tay (¾ mile), and a wide range of outdoor activities are also available nearby, including fishing, cycling, white water rafting, clay pigeon shooting, canyoning, archery and golf. Shops 1/2 mile.
