Shown right in the photograph (with lower roofline), it is attached to the owner’s home and shares 1½ acres of garden, but is completely self-contained with its own south-facing patio. The property is surrounded by rich and pleasant countryside and is ideal for touring local areas such as St Andrews, Fife, the Highlands and Edinburgh and also for golfers, anglers, cyclists and walkers. Shop 1/4 mile, pub serving food 220 yards.
