This detached chalet has been constructed and furnished to a good standard and offers excellent all year round holiday accommodation.

It is situated on the A82 in the village of Crianlarich - this is a popular base for walkers and climbers, as the West Highland Way comes through the village en route to Fort William, then Fort William which offers a range of shops, pubs and restaurants, marks the start of the Great Glen Way.

It is also ideally situated for touring with Killin and the famous falls of Dochart and Lochearnhead renowned for its watersports to the east, Loch Awe and Oban with its islands ferry terminal to the west, whilst to the north is the skiing area of Glencoe. All are easily accessible.

Shop, pub and restaurant 200 yards.

All on ground floor: Living room with patio doors. Dining room/kitchen. Utility room. 3 bedrooms: 2 double, 1 twin. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.

Oil CH and elec inc (£50pw, £30 per short break Nov-Feb). Bed linen and towels inc. Satellite TV. Elec cooker. M/wave. Washer/dryer. Payphone. Lawned garden and furniture. Gas BBQ. Parking (3 cars).

3rd comment: Fantastic setting off point for activities in all directions! Lodge was bigger than expected and the lounge / kitchen /dining area very comfortable with plenty of light. Would stay there again and wished we’d been able to stay 2 weeks as 1 wasn’t long enough! Garden to side and front, plenty of space and privacy. June 2011.

10th comment: We had a great holiday and the accommodation was exceptional with everything you could possibly need. We had 4 children with us aged 1,2,3 & 13 and the property was safe and very clean. As for the trains and road, this did not affect us at all. We never heard a thing, we are already considering booking again for next year and with a bit of luck in a couple of months. Mar 2010.

14th Comment I know we were told about the trains passing by at the rear of the property, but it did not bother us at all. We had baby with us and she slept through all the trains passing. May 2008.
