Beautifully positioned opposite the shoreline of majestic Loch Fyne, this beautiful listed house was built around the 1820's and exudes a charm all of its own. It has been recently refurbished to offer a touch of special luxury, the interior is bright and spacious, complimented by some of the fine original features and attention to detail. There is a private garden to the rear which is safely enclosed with patio area / barbecue and plenty private parking. The property offers a memorable holiday for an extended family or large group in a truly wonderful location, just a short stroll from the town center.
Ground level - beautiful lounge open plan to the conservatory, formal dining room, kitchen with breakfasting table, utility room. Upper level - Master bedroom (king-size bed) with circular bath and en-suite shower-room, 1 double bedroom (king-size bed) with en-suite shower-room, 1 family room (double and 2 single beds) with en-suite shower-room, 1 twin, 1 double and 1 single bedroom, all with en-suite shower-rooms. Cooking by electricity, oil-fired central heating and open fire. Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, Freesat television, DVD, CD player, Wi-Fi, cot and high chair. Bed linen and towels provided.
Rents INCLUSIVE of electricity, oil and initial supply solid fuel. Additional solid fuel can be purchased locally.

Auchindrain is the remains of the only "joint-tenancy" farm village that survived from the 16th century until 1967 including surviving the Clearances of the early 19th century. Very insightful and interesting.
