The quality of the accommodation was superb and the welcome pack (eggs, bacon, bread, butter, milk) was a real surprise that we hadn’t expected. The peacocks were an absolute delight to hand feed every morning and become our new best friends!! Aug 2011.

6th comment: Gold Award well deserved. Excellent accommodation for a couple - owners have equipped it well with lots of little touches that help with a self catering holiday. Welcome food pack very much appreciated - enjoyed our cooked breakfast on our first morning. Some items in the house not listed on the website ie iron and ironing board, washer dryer, complementary slippers to name a few. Would definitely recommend this - enjoyed the half hour walk to The Inn in Crook of Devon for good value food. Lots of walks in the area and well situated for touring further afield. Aug 2011.
