Customer Reviews of Thornton Cottage, nr Aberdeen - Sleeps 4

st comment: Nicely done out, lots of space and pretty much all you need including books and dvds. Easy to get to and lots of castles to visit, one within walking distance. May 2012.

nd comment: We have been on lots of self catering holidays but this holiday cottage was one of the best we have ever stayed in! Everything was immaculate and top quality. It was completely luxurious with under floor heating, granite kitchen worktops, walk in shower, log burner etc. The two bedrooms were huge and our two daughters had a whale of a time in their twin room, which was massive and had its own TV and DVD player. The location was fantastic, near lots of attractions, yet quiet and peaceful. It honestly felt like a home from home. April 2012.

rd comment: The pictures don’t do justice to this cottage, a real WOW factor, warm and cosy. I could have stayed there forever. Feb 2012.

th comment: Thornton Cottage is an excellent base for a holiday in Deeside - we were able to enjoy walking, climbing and biking within easy reach of the cottage - two munros in a four night holiday. The property is exceptionally spacious, the largest two bedroom property we have ever stayed in (and we stay in a lot). The kitchen is well equipped for catering - there was nothing that I needed whilst cooking that I couldn’t find. Quiet and secluded, although convenient for the main road. Can’t recommend enough. Feb 2012.

th comment: Beautiful cottage photos don’t do it justice. Nov 2011.

th comment: The cottage was excellent, with all home from home conforts. The owners are very friendly, I would highly recomend this cottage to friends and family. Can’t wait to go back. Sept 2011.

th comment: Loved everything about our stay, truly amazing cottage, warm and homely feeling as soon as we stepped inside. April 2011.
